How to Book an English Exam

There are three basic steps to booking a Cambridge English examination – with Wessex Outreach exam centre – for your cohort of international students.  Just 1-2-3 steps.

Here they are…

Step 1. Send us your requirements.

Step 2. Choose an – available –  exam level and date

Step 3. Provide the entry form and make payment.

Wessex Outreach cannot guarantee a specific date until you have spoken with us…

Please check the availability of a Cambridge English exam date with us before sending in a booking form and payment.  We will answer your questions and respond with a quotation as necessary.  This will include our payment terms and bank details.

We will ask a few fact-finding questions about the international students studying at your school.  For example, their age range, English ability levels, likely numbers to be taking a Cambridge exam and your school’s time frame.  We can suggest some possible exam dates for you to consider.

Then simply agree the exam date with us, send us your booking form and complete payment by the agreed timescales.  There is a late entry fee of £25 per candidate, for entries received after the closing date.  You can find full details of the examination fees (by exam level) here.

Wessex Outreach  will guide you through the practicalities of holding a Cambridge English exam on school premises and make the entries with Cambridge Assessment English… then deliver the exam session to your students on exam day and provide the subsequent exam results and certificates to you.

We hope you are excited!  We are excited to work with you, and to make Cambridge exams a regular feature on your school calendar.  You can find out more about Wessex Outreach and our mission on the about us page.
